Green waste skip bins in Sydney

Make room after pruning, a garden tidy-up or a larger landscaping clear-out. Our green waste prices are listed by bin size, with GST included, so you can compare the space you need before making an enquiry.

Keep garden material together

Describe the garden cuttings, leaves and branches you plan to remove when you enquire. Green waste is a separate waste category, so keep household rubbish, building materials and packaging out of that load. Keeping materials separate helps the receiving facility recover what it can.

Soil and clean fill have their own category and require a quote. A garden project that also removes soil, paving, bricks or concrete should be discussed with us before choosing a green waste price. Timber and other mixed loads also need the correct category confirmed.

Allow for the shape of the pile

A 2m³ or 3m³ bin can be a starting point for a smaller garden tidy-up. Larger piles of branches and cuttings may need 4m³, 5m³ or 6m³, while 8m³ and 10m³ bins provide more room for light green waste. The size of the garden alone does not tell us how much waste there is.

As a rough volume guide, one cubic metre is about four 240-litre wheelie bins. A loose pile can be difficult to estimate: choose “Not sure” on the form if you need help. You can also add an optional photo to help us understand the pile.

Prepare a clean, level load

Separate the garden material from pots, plastic bags and general rubbish before loading. Tell us if the work will produce more than green waste so we can discuss the right bin or separate loads. Do not add chemicals, oils, liquids, gas bottles or any other prohibited material.

Keep everything below the top rim, including branches that would otherwise protrude. The bin must be safe to transport at collection. Ask about the agreed hire period before starting the work, and contact us if the job takes longer than planned.

Plan the position and pickup

Choose a loading position with firm, clear truck access and enough overhead clearance. Mention narrow gates, steep driveways and low wires when we confirm the job. Public-road or footpath placement usually requires council permission; check the requirements before arranging that position.

Check our Sydney service areas and tell us your suburb when we follow up. We will confirm delivery details with you.

Tell us about the job

Start with four details.

Send your name, phone number, waste type and bin of interest to start. We confirm the material, delivery location, access and hire period before the final quote. For loads containing soil, rubble or other waste, ask us to confirm the category rather than using a green waste rate.

A different waste type?

Use the price and loading guidance for the material you have. If you have a combination, tell us before booking.

For soil, timber, metal, cardboard or an uncertain mix, ask us for a quote.
