Construction waste skip bins in Sydney

Arrange a skip for building or renovation waste and keep the next stage of the job moving. Compare construction rates below, then tell us what the load contains so we can confirm the right size and access.

Describe the materials from your job

Building and renovation work can produce timber offcuts, plasterboard, cardboard, packaging and scrap metal. Tell us which materials will make up the load rather than choosing a bin by room size alone. A bathroom strip-out and a packaging clear-out can need very different loading arrangements.

Bricks, concrete and tiles have a separate “only” category when that is the whole load. Soil and clean fill need their own quote. If materials will be combined, discuss the mix with us before booking so the waste type and final price are clear.

Weight matters as much as volume

As a rough guide, a bathroom renovation often needs 3m³ to 4m³ and a kitchen renovation 4m³ to 6m³. The materials removed and the amount of packaging can change that estimate. Choose “Not sure” if you would like to discuss the job before selecting a size.

All heavy waste, including bricks, concrete, tiles and soil, is limited to bins of 6m³ or smaller. The 8m³ and 10m³ construction bins are for light waste only. A larger bin is not a way to take a heavier load; describe any rubble when we confirm the quote.

Keep prohibited waste off the load

We do not accept asbestos in any amount. Suspected asbestos needs a licensed removalist and must not be placed in a skip. Chemicals, solvents, liquid paint, oils, fuels, gas bottles and other prohibited waste must also stay out. See the FAQs for the full list.

Load below the rim and leave the bin accessible for collection. If the project needs waste disposal records or reporting, discuss that before booking: available records depend on the receiving facility. Collected waste goes to licensed NSW waste and recycling facilities.

Plan the position and pickup

Confirm a firm loading position and a clear route for the skip truck. Let us know about low wires, steep driveways, tight gates or site access restrictions. Road and footpath placement usually needs a council permit. For ongoing work, ask about exchanges and trade accounts.

Check our Sydney service areas and tell us your suburb when we follow up. We will confirm delivery details with you.

Tell us about the job

Start with four details.

The enquiry form starts with four details: name, phone number, waste type and bin of interest. We then confirm your materials, delivery location, access and hire period. Published prices include GST per bin; the team confirms your final quote before a booking is made.

Enquire about construction waste

A different waste type?

Use the price and loading guidance for the material you have. If you have a combination, tell us before booking.

For soil, timber, metal, cardboard or an uncertain mix, ask us for a quote.
