Environment

Separate what can be recovered

  • Loads go to licensed NSW waste and resource recovery facilities.
  • Timber, metal, concrete and bricks, green waste, cardboard and plasterboard are separated for recycling wherever the facility accepts them.
  • Choose a size that suits the job and plan exchanges before the bin is full.
  • Keep prohibited waste out. Contaminated loads can limit recovery and attract extra charges.
